One of my loved ones has been at this rehab for over a week now. Most of the staff are kind and competent, but there seem to be far too few. Everything he presses his call light for - from getting his poop-filled diaper changed to getting his pain meds when he's literally crying and hollering from pain - usually takes several hours (sometimes a nurse or aid will come in and explain why it's going to be hours before they can help him... as if that's helpful.) They don't seem slacking, just overburdened. But the result is the same - a poor standard of care in a pretty setting. Have been with him at other rehabs and this is easily the worst. EDIT: just since I left this earlier today, he's been waiting over 2 hours for pain relief, cannot get anyone to help, so I'm knocking them down to one star.

We were unhappy with our dads care at this facility, he didn’t receive the correct meds, which our own private nurse caught ! and required that family or sitters be with him 24/7. We were also told certain labs would be done and they were never ordered. We felt they were basically giving up on him until we demanded they discontinue strong anxiety meds in order to see if he was able to be alert enough to have PT and OT. Fortunately he did improve immensely and was discharged home.

The employees are amazing the few they have. But they work them to death. My mother has been in rehab here for one week. She had a stroke and can not do for herself. So she is at there mercy. They have one nurse and one aide to 25 patients. Then at one point the aide didn’t show up and left the nurse there with 25 patients. Then we have Covid and two patients share one bathroom. These places should not tell people they have a bed for rehab when they don’t have enough staff. Very disappointing when you look at the their website it shows a completely different environment. Beware!!!
