My uncle has been staying there - the doc never shows when he says he will - the PT doesn't always show up - he had a fall after being told he wasn't allowed to have handlebars because that is restricting him yet once he fell he was allowed to have them - no staff - no one ever answers the phone and when I called to see how my uncle was doing all I get is, he sleeps when he is tired. It's almost 4 and they basically said they haven't been in his room yet - I am discusted.

Thank you for the wonderful care you provide to our 98‑year‑old mother. After living independently for so long—and being quite particular about her food—we were worried about how she would adjust. But from the very first day, she felt comfortable and happy. She enjoys the people, the clean room, the good meals, and the physical therapy. We also appreciate how friendly and responsive everyone has been. Every question we had was answered quickly, and communication has always been easy. We are grateful for everything you do and would gladly recommend your facility to anyone looking for a caring place for their loved ones. Warm regards, Alex & Tatyana Gofshteyn

I am a resident here and I think the staff are kind and wonderful people. The cnas are incredible! Especially Mary and Claudia. They are great! Nurse Eileen and Carmella are also very wonderful. The foods alright, my favorite is the cheeseburgers and beef stew. I'm always busy with the activities! Whether its bingo, arts and crafts, and most importantly- the parties. Sue, Keira, Isaiah, and Erika always make the days full of fun. Diane and Jaime are also very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Since the new administration took over, this building has completely turned around for the better. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, common areas are cleaner and better maintained, and communication has greatly improved. It’s clear that the new leadership is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment. I’ve seen a noticeable positive change and truly appreciate the effort they’ve put into improving the property.

Awesome staff. It was great to be invited back again this month with our NEW Summer show featuring our Lady Gaga impersonator puppet, Chelsea The Chimpanzee. Special thanks to the male and female residents who volunteered to wear our ventriloquist face masks and help us sing our "No Bully Zone". Previous AdviniaCare Salem shows included our Uncle Sam & Friends, Santa and Friends, and Liam The Leprechaun St. Patrick's Week performances.
