My mom recently had a 2 week rehab stint at Adviniacare Newburyport and overall I was pleased. It was a hard time for her and it would have been easy to nitpick about the building being older and less modern but it was nice enough. The staff was always pleasant and responded to her needs promptly. I was about to communicate with the staff just fine if there were any questions or concerns. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I arrived at Advinia with a high level of anxiety based on a recent dismal experience at another facility. (NOT associated with Advinia)I was greeted immediately and made welcome. MY room was comfortable and provided space to move about practicing the therapy assigned by PT specialists. The staff - from top to bottom - were professional, friendly and helpful in many ways. They made efforts to know me as more than a set of symptoms. PT, OT & LT were extremely helpful and even fun. Throughout my two week stay my medications were handled correctly and on time. When it became apparent that one medication with not helping enough, they immediately notified the prescriber and received permission to make necessary change to handle pain more effectively. I always felt safe, secure and well cared for under very trying circumstances.

The nursing staff was informative friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. The physical therapy staff was excellent. They had a great plan to get me walking after my surgery. The food was excellent, also.

Highly recommend, staff are warm and compassionate from moment of entry, greeted with a smile and care from business office, Facilities staff, Nursing and all care providers. Facility is spotless and recent improvements create a warm and inviting environment. We so appreciate our peace of mind knowing our family member is in a safe and caring home.

As a relative of an extended rehab patient, I would recommend Advinia to anyone. The facilities were nice, and all the work is done with a real sense of care for the patients. There were so many bright spots in the stay there - I'm sure I will forget someone, but huge thanks to Rebekah, Eugenio, NaBlage, Lisa, Esther, Amy, Dan, Barbara, Robin, Kayley, Kiley, Mary, and everyone else that made us feel confident in the quality of care!
