My mom needed a rehabilitation after her surgery. I visited to see the place and was welcomed by administration. They were so helpful and they had availability. I was thrilled because although I thought it was perfect, my my mom was very reluctant. She just wanted to go home. It took her a few days to get accustomed but by the time she left a month later she literally had all great things to say and that’s rare for her. Her therapy and care she got before, during and even after was so positive. Highly recommend. Thank you Port!

I recently had a family member stay at Port rehab, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The car was excellent, with attentive medical staff that truly went above and beyond. The place is very clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly excellent, tasty, delicious, and well prepared. The entire staff was attentive and caring. Making recovery as smooth as possible.

My mother had a fantastic experience at Port. She was pretty frail when she arrived but within a few days was eating and moving again. The staff were really wonderful - caring and professional and they never rushed her during meals or physical therapy.

My dad was here for about a month recovering from a back injury. He said all of the nurses, CNAs, and housekeepers were friendly and kind. He also thought the food was pretty good on average. From my point of view I found the administrative staff responsive and helpful, and any mistakes were quickly rectified. Dad said if you have to be in a place like this, this would be the place to be.

My sister received extensive nursing and physical and occupational therapy at Port. She stayed in both short- and long-term rooms. Her care was uniformly excellent. As a relative I found my questions and concerns were answered with sensitivity and clarity. My sister had good relationships with all of her caregivers, who seemed to want the best for her. From what i could tell the food was not gourmet but had variety and flavor. All of the personnel I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Port without hesitation to anyone seeking care for a friend or relative—or themselves.
