would NOT recommend living here.<br>My experience has been extremely disappointing, stressful, and honestly upsetting. Management is slow to respond, maintenance requests take forever, and the overall upkeep of the property is very poor.<br>The worst issue has been the pest problem. There have been rats in the kitchen, which is completely unacceptable in any living<br>environment. No matter how clean you try to keep things, this should never be something residents have to deal with.<br>It feels unsanitary and embarrassing.<br>The food situation is also terrible. The meals are often poor quality and unappetizing, and residents are not allowed to get the amount of food they actually need or want. It feels restrictive and neglectful, especially when people rely on these meals daily.<br>On top of that, the level of care is extremely inconsistent. It often feels like staff only start paying attention when the state is in the building.<br>Outside of inspections, concerns don't seem to be taken seriously unless you constantly push and follow up.<br>For the amount of money being charged, I expected a safe, clean, and supportive place to live. Instead, it has been the complete opposite. Save yourself the stress and seriously consider other options before choosing to live here.<br>•••
