I am relatively new to A First Name Basis but my experience with the staff has been delightful.We travel often with my nephew Lionel and the check ins and outs while out of the area have been very smooth ,no trouble at all.I really appreciate A First Name Basis.

You have got to be kidding me!!!! If I could rate this company less than a one I would but apparently Google wants to play nice and at least give you a one. We've had workers steal, not only money but items out of the home, the upper management doesn't care because we don't even get workers half the time and it's supposed to be 24 hours care, they never do what they're supposed to do and if you do say anything they make excuses. We will definitely be looking for another place as this is so unprofessional not only from the people in the office but from employees. It completely amazes me, how the office people don't even know have the stuff that goes on, and when you do tell them they do nothing. When you let them know a worker hasn't shown up and at 84 year old woman has to take care of a handicapped 33 yr old, as a company they are supposed to come out and cover that, but they don't they don't even try to contact somebody else to replace that worker. How embarrassing for a company!!!! Y'all should be ashamed for the crap y'all pull, but I can promise you it's over and done there won't be no more.
