If u qualify to live here it can be very nice ☺️ This residential place has nice apts mainly for independent senior citizens at a very reasonable price. I'll admit I'm still "adjusting" since moving here as I turned 75. But residents are mainly very friendly and there's an overall pleasant atmosphere. If ur big into Bingo(which I'm not) there's lots of games. But there are also artistic+ physical activities and unique events as well. Warm lunch is served M-F(more like dinner) Qualification mainly based on income. I've been pleased so far! I'll try to add photos soon Lots of shaded land

All of the workers we have met are friendly and helpful. We have met several residents and they seem to be very friendly. Can't wait to see how the future goes.

I loved it so much that now I live here!! It's convenient to Everything and sits on beautiful grounds. Everything is well maintained and the staff is Awesome. I'm sooooo happy that I made the decision to move in!!

Place is run down and they only have one washing machine that works in the building. These are older people and they cannot get out to a laundry mat to do their laundry. They change their rules almost daily to fit the managements needs. The guard that is suppose to be on duty is not their half the time. They spend money on landscaping but not on washers that work. Sorry place. If the residents say anything, they are threatened to be kicked out! No One will say anything because of the consequences they may face.

Its brand new the last building is. The monthly charge goes by how much money u make or get per month. There are alot of different things to do an places their van will take you if u plan ahead. Its section 8 housing, independent living. Giving a 5 stars for their 🛁 environment and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends in need of a place to live. It is also pet friendly.
