This place is filthy. It smells like urine. My grandma needed to be changed out of the adult diaper, somebody was told, and nobody came for an hour. The person that finally did it was rough. There's huge cracks around the area where they wheel people in. There's a wall railing that's not properly screwed in. The table they gave my grandma was rough enough around the edges that if she had moved her hand or arms wrong she would have scraped herself. That table also adjusted if you so much as touched it. We forgot something when we had her discharged and when I went to pick that stuff up the next morning, the lady at the front desk didn't even know she was gone. I grabbed the stuff out of her room and the bed was exactly as we left it. I would share pictures of the filth if I could share pictures on this review. The area outside is trashy. They also kept it at a boiling 78 degrees. My grandma who is always cold was complaining of being to hot. Mobody mans the 2nd floor desk in the evening. Nobody did any rehab assessments while we were there (we were there for 6 1/2 hours).

I’ll start by saying i wish i could give this place 0 stars! My mother was supposed to go here for rehab, as soon as we go there they sent us up to the 3rd floor which is the nursing home facility. The whole place smelled like old urine. The hallways are so tight & you have to squeeze by wheelchairs, hoyers & empty beds. The whole place is TERRIBLE! We were taken to her room where there was a bed too small for her (bariatric bed was requested before we arrived), mold on the floorboards & the whole place just looks like a horror movie out of the 70s!! The young ladies working there were the only good thing. They’re understanding & very nice. They even agreed when I said “nobody should be living like this!” Needless to say, when I left, my mother left with me. I refuse to have her there & the case workers of Kenmore mercy should be ashamed of themselves for submitting that place as an option as it was absolutely NOT one of my mothers place of choice for physical rehabilitation!!! I don’t know how the hell the state allows this place to stay open!!!! Do not send your family or loved ones here!

The usual if I could rate this place zero stars, I would, applies. Just when I thought I've seen a lot of bad stuff in nursing homes, I had to enter this place. From the outside it looks almost abandoned. No clear signage where visitors should park. An attempt was made to update the lobby with newer flooring but it stops there. Maybe they ran out of funds? The rest of the building appears to be stuck in the late 1970s/early 1980s. Staff is a mixed bag. Some are nice and helpful while others are cold and not very responsive. This is a for profit facility with several owners. From what I could tell, this seems like a Medicaid warehouse facility. Ownership takes whatever money they can squeeze out of Medicaid and puts very little into the building or materials. They do the bare minimum just to stay ahead of state and federal regulations/law. I'll guess they don't pay employees well either, but they did sign a new contract with SEIU 1199, so unionized employees might fare better. I would love to ask ownership if they'd be okay with a family member staying here. Try to avoid putting your loved one in this facility. Especially if you can't do their laundry or supervise their care. All care homes require family to be involved but when your family member is here, you become an unpaid employee to ensure your person is okay.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!! This place is horrible. You can't leave a message for many of the staff because the voicemail is full. They do no respond to emails. They can't answer basic questions to appropriate people. Questions like, "What is my parent's current medical status?" A simple question that should give a simple answer, but they can't do it. When they get a new staff person THAT person does well for a while until they get ground down by the organization's complete lack of..well...organization. They will make sure that your parent gets the bare minimum legal care until they are dead. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!! They have changed their name 3 times since 2020 to avoid their horrible reputation.
