My mother resided here for over two years. I found that the staff was very responsive to her needs. Employees treated all the residents with kindness. The director, Holly, is outstanding. I am grateful for all their hard work.

Well, ask a question of one staff member and another person will give you an entirely different answer. Communication between staff and inmates is highly inconsistent. Still, there’s worse. Residents access to the internet is often poor to nonexistent.<br>Indifferent people and rapid turnover of staff is a major concern.<br>The racial tension is very real and aggravating.<br>Policies are unevenly enforced and lots of things happen out of the blue and the staff can’t cope due to inadequate training and poor to nonexistent staff morale.<br>This means that a simple request will generally be ignored.

Horrible facility, racially profiling and harassment. This facility mistreats their patients and neglects them. Current case filed with the Attorney Generals Office of NYS and the County. Clients call and file police reports on the neglect and mistreatment in the facility. Please BE AWARE before making your next visit or checking in any family or friends to the facility.<br><br>I want to give 0 STARS but it won't let me, so, do not use this facility as it fails to merit any stars of recommendation.
