Horrible they curse at these sick elderly people and mistreat them feed them horrible food one of the sick patient wasted some juice on the table they never got it up when it was time to serve the dinner they just placed the food and the utensils on top of it a lady ask a nurse to help her can she move the chat so she can sit down the nurse yelled at her it’s just ridiculous and sad in there it needs to be shut down frfr

Very poor care which allowed my son to fall several times, staff rarely return calls and show very little concern, even when my son died while under their care. No one from the facility called to report he was no longer there or to express any sympathy. Would not recommend placing a love Betsy their facilities.

I would like to give a big shout out to the new Administration team and social services department. I came here for therapy and have received the upmost service. I can't wait until I fully recover and back to myself 100%

They very nice and hardworking and they do things and a timely matter. The management here has worked hard and you can see the changes for the better.

I have been at this facility for 18 months. I have had a wonderful stay here. The people that work here have been very nice. The administrator takes care of her business and does what needs to be done. I have made a lot of progress and I am so grateful for all that Ryze on the Avenue has done for me. I had to start from scratch with everything and the staff have helped me with everything. I am now on my way, back on my own and I am so thankful.
