Mom was there 7 months and I have mixed feelings about the care she received. The nurses for the most part were caring and helpful. The patient caretakers were mixed between nice and caring and insensitive. The food was atrocious. Seriously small portions, often served ice cold. Many times I had to bring mom food from home. She lost 18 lbs from not eating properly there. I do wanna shout to Pierre. He’s an amazing supervisor and he was always so helpful to me and mom. Overall, she was cared for and returned to me, I just think some improvements could be made.

This is the best rehab facility my elderly mother has ever been to. Very professional, kind staff, Helpful with information. An all around good experience. I am grateful for this facility and their staff helping my mother, and all it's good qualities are very noticeable. Nice to not have to try to find something good. A very well run medical operation here. Thank you RPD health & rehab

I give this place a solid 3 stars. It is of course not perfect, but it is not horrible either. I talk to other family members of patients while I'm there and they tell me this is one of the better places. I have a family member that is living here now. At the beginning it was a rough start, adjusting to the new normal, getting the call button to work, some staff and days are better than others. This place is not the Ritz Carlton of course, but since my family member has been here, he has remained stable, receives the medication and care he needs, and regained more of his independence. The rehab staff and some of the nurses and CNAs, I've met were good. Trish was especially helpful in guiding us through the medicaid approval process.

Royal Palm Beach Health & Rehab Center took good care of my loved one when it mattered most. The nursing staff was attentive, patient, and stayed on top of medications and daily care, which gave us peace of mind. They treated them with respect and made sure their needs were met. The facility was clean, and therapy helped them make real progress. Overall, we had a positive experience and felt comfortable with the care they received. I would recommend them.

I placed my father in this facility over six months ago, trusting that he would receive proper care, especially being on hospice. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The level of neglect and lack of professionalism from the staff is deeply concerning. Despite speaking with administration multiple times, nothing has improved. Each visit leaves me more frustrated and heartbroken. I’ve found my father unclean, with his breakfast tray still sitting in front of him as late as 12:51 PM. I’ve seen a syringe left on the floor, dirty bedding thrown beside the closet, and medication carelessly left on the table. Most concerning of all, due to the lack of proper care, my father has developed a large wound on the heel of his foot. This should never happen under attentive medical supervision. This experience has caused me significant stress and anxiety. I trusted this facility to care for my father with dignity and compassion, and they have failed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!!
