Aviata at Coral Bay treated my mother and our family as if we were apart of their family . I was very skeptical at first because of prior experiences my mother has had were terrible. However the more we talked With Chloe ( Admin. Director)the more our family felt at ease . But again there was this doubt in the back of our minds . We went to visit the facility met Chloe and ran into Angie (Director) who reassured us again that our mother would receive the care as if she were their mother . We took a wonderful tour of the facility which was as expected. It was welcoming and inviting. My mother soon settled in and began her dialysis treatment with kindness and care they took her down the hall and she too was happy afterwards . And the physical therapy staff led by Tommy was also kind and careful . Strong and loving . Just what our mother needed . But the best thing of all is Adreina A. The wound care Nurse . My mother would scream when anyone touched her bedsores that she had received from the numerous hospital visits but Adreina placed those healing hands on our mother and we did not hear a sound out of her . It’s so many things that I could go on and on . But I would definitely recommend this wonderful facility to all of my family and yours . Hope this review helps out all the families who are looking for a great rehabilitation center
