My mother is here and has been for over a month. They have been amazing with the care and treatment of her. The staff on Windsor 1 are so wonderful and caring for her. Julie the Asst. DON was so helpful to us - it was very impressive walking with her, and she knew every resident's and employees' names - she really cares about everyone at this facility

Better than expected experience moving our loved one to Royal Health – Braintree Yelena Zeliger – Russian Program Director, Royal Health Braintree, MA Moving a loved one from assisted living to a skilled nursing facility is one of the most difficult decisions a family can face. From our very first interaction, Yelena Zeliger, the Director of the Russian Program, made this challenging transition so much easier. Yelena was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions, guide us through every step, and ensure that our family member’s needs were understood and met. What truly stood out was that she reached out to me several times to check in on both me and my son, making sure we were doing okay and confirming that all necessary items and requirements were in place ahead of the transfer. That level of thoughtfulness and follow-through meant a great deal to us during such a stressful time. I was also very impressed during my tour of the facility. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it was clear that the patients were well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. That first impression gave me a great deal of confidence in the environment my loved one would be entering. Her dedication to her profession and commitment to excellence were evident in every interaction. She leads by example and clearly sets high standards for her staff, fostering a culture of compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care. Leaving a loved one in the care of others is never easy, but she gave us confidence and peace of mind knowing he would be treated with dignity, comfort, and kindness. We are deeply grateful for her support during this difficult time and for the exceptional care she and her team provide to those who can no longer care for themselves. When my 98-old mother was admitted to Sunshine program at Royal Health Braintree about four months ago I was bracing myself for worse. So far my experience with this facility has by far exceeded my most optimistic expectations. The staff including nurses, CNAs and aides is very gentle and attentive to patients needs. It helps that most of the staff speaks Russian, the native language of many patients, but those of the staff who don't speak it do their jobs equally well. I never expected my picky mother to "like" it there but she does. Recently she's been in a difficult situation and was taken care of by nurses and CNAs in a timely and gentle manner. Everything that needed to be done was done, I was well informed of what was going on and I am very grateful to those directly involved for treating my mother with care and dignity. She is doing much better now. I have been to a nursing home myself for a short time after a car accident quite a while ago. I know what a bad nursing home is from my own experience. At Sunshine I feel like if I ever needed to be at a nursing home myself I wouldn't hesitate to go there. While I appreciate everyone of the staff, I want to specifically praise the leadership of Lena Zeliger, the director of the Sunshine program. I believe that a lot of what is going well there is driven by her dedication to this job.

I recently started looking for a nursing home for my 91 year old aunt, and one of her main preferences was to find a place where she could continue living a normal, comfortable life while having access to 24/7 care and support. Thankfully, we came across Royal Health Braintree and their Russian-speaking program. From our very first contact through the move in date, every staff member we interacted with whether in person or over the phone was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Elena Z., the director of the Russian-speaking program. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a huge difference for our family and helped my aunt feel welcomed and comfortable right away. I also want to give a big thank you to the wonderful team involved in my aunt’s wellbeing: Vira Didukh (Unit Manager), Tatiana Bromley (RN), Lena and Sergey (CNAs), Albina and Ihor (CNAs), Snegoli (Physical Therapist), Ira and Natasha from Activities, Venessa (CNA), and Tatyana Leskiv (CNA). Their care, kindness, and attention truly mean a lot to us, and we are very grateful for everything they do every day. We highly recommend Royal Health Braintree to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and supportive environment for their loved ones.

The Russian Program at Royal Health of Braintree deserves my deepest gratitude and highest praise. We turned to them during one of the most difficult times in my life—when my father was seriously ill and nearing the end of his life. The team is truly exceptional. Lena, Natasha, Yurga, Taras, Olesya, Adel, Snejana, and everyone we worked with were incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive. My father and our entire family were at our most vulnerable, and we needed not only help and guidance, but above all the reassurance that he was receiving attentive, loving care. Thanks to this remarkable team, we had that peace of mind.
