Do not send your loved one here if they have any kind of mental health issues. Mom was in memory care and it was an awful nightmare. Always found her in bed like she hadn’t been cared for for hours. Her hands covered in her own bile and had to clean her up myself. Said she had fallen one day and found her with a complete black eye. Found her dentures under her bed covered in ants. Awful situation for her. Thank god she was hospitalized and moved her asap.

The Shoreline outpatient team is awesome! They are very dedicated to their patients! Always encouraging them to do better! Great team!

I was so impressed with Rowlett’s team. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and made sure that I found my way around their facility. Their building was clean and well organized too. I got to meet the nursing and therapy teams as well and they were so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

This facility goes above and beyond in every way. The building is clean, welcoming, well-maintained, with modern amenities that make residents feel comfortable and cared for and the nursing staff is compassionate and attentive, and are dedicated to the well-being of each individual. Rehab services here are outstanding. The Therapy team is skilled, encouraging, and focuses on helping residence reach their goals. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive atmosphere and see the genuine teamwork. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for excellent care top-notch Rehab and a supportive environment.
