A lot of hard working people making your loved ones feel like they’re at home. It starts with the ED Beth down to the nurse Kris and then you’re med techs to care giver’s. And then you have houes keeping and then you have your chefs who work hard to make sure that they learn your loved one likes or thing’s they can’t have do Allergies.

Beth, the Executive Director, and Chris, the Wellness Director, are amazing! The caregiving staff, activities team, and food service are all wonderful. Every time I visit Mercer Terrace, I'm welcomed by a warm and caring atmosphere. It's clear the staff truly care about the residents. I highly recommend Mercer Terrace to anyone looking for a loving and supportive place for their loved one.

I highly recommend Mercer Terrace Assisted Living in Rowlett. The community is beautiful, refreshing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Residents are actively engaged with staff and one another, participating in a variety of activities such as baking, cognitive and creative programs, and musical events. They especially enjoy playing BINGO, which is always a favorite.<br><br>The staff are friendly, outgoing, and consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support. Management is actively involved and genuinely invested in meeting the needs of each resident, creating a warm, compassionate environment where residents feel valued and well cared for. Mercer Terrace is a wonderful community that truly prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents.
