Zero stars this place is terrible don't send your family here staff doesn't care about the wellbeing of the residents in their care they don't provide proper care theirs people screaming for help call lights going off unsanitary conditions all while the rude staff is just sitting at the front desk talking and laughing not being helpful neglecting bedridden residents who need more care I don't know how this place is still open

This place absolutely sucks! DO NOT bring your loved one here. Staff doesn’t care about residents management is all over the place, very disorganized and unprofessional establishment.

My husbands great uncle (97 years old) came to stay here 2.5 weeks ago, after living at home and needing more care. The staff was caring and communicative, it was clean, he said the food was good. He passed away recently and as a veteran of the US Army (Korean War), his gurney was draped with the US flag. and the staff lined the halls as the gurney was taken out. It was a touching moment. The family is very thankful for his stay at Rowan. There are many residents here that require a lot of care and we observed kindness and gentleness everytime we were there. Thank you all very much.

If you or your loved one are looking for a long-term care facility with a skilled nursing staff, I recommend you schedule a tour of Rowan Community. The buiilding is old and has been remodeled many times. The gardens are beautiful and open for walking or strolling all year long. We have a three season dining patio. There is wifi, internet and tv's are provided for every resident. There are private rooms, but most rooms are doubles. We benefit by having a smaller number of residents than is found in most long-term care facilities. Your voice matters and your concerns will be heard. The maintenance staff are skilled in many trades. The laundry and housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. Dietary personnel strive to please. Everyones favorite meal is breakfast. As a resident here for many years, 4 stars is my honest rating. No facility will please everyone, but Rowan Community has a caring staff and a welcoming environment.
