The staff is special, especially the 3rd floor nurse leader Natasha. She introduced herself immediately and asked to come to her with any questions. She will go above and beyond for her residents and that is seen daily by myself and rhe rest of our family. The overall staff is very friendly and helpful. Also l, would like to mention Ann at Concierge and 3rd floor dietary staff for professionalism and kindness. The regular 2nd shift nurse is loved by my parents as well on the 3rd floor.<br>Coudos also to the maintenance staff for addressing needs in short periods of time.<br><br>Thanks,<br>Anthony Lombardi

We placed our parents into assisted living in March and the staff has been very kind and helpful getting them and us adjusted. They patiently answer all our questions and made a big transition easier. Natasha, their floor nurse is exceptional. She goes out of her way to communicate when she sees me or my siblings, cares for our parents with love and patience and always goes above and beyond to make their life easier. Everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of activities. Very please with Rose Avon.

Rose is a wonderful place to live. The staff and most of the residents are friendly. I enjoy resident gardening, happy hours and the music programs. The art program has introduced me to the watercolor painting which I throughly enjoy. Robin is our Activities Director and brings much joy to the residents. Stacy is our Director of Resident Navigation which actually means we can go to her with most questions and quickly get an answer.

My Dad has been in Reflections memory care for 6 months. We are beyond happy at the care he receives on a daily basis and the sense of community.

Rose has been great for my dad. He enjoys living here and all of the activities keep him busy. Everyone has been great to work with.
