As a senior living professional, I recently had the opportunity to visit Rose Senior Living Beachwood and was very impressed with the experience. Throughout my visit, the managers I met were welcoming, kind, and took the time to stop and introduce themselves while Kathy was showing me around. Kathy did an excellent job leading the tour and seemed to know everyone by name, which speaks to the strong sense of community and personal connection within the residence. It was clear that both the staff and residents are valued and respected. The warm atmosphere, engaged leadership, and personalized approach made a lasting impression.

The first time I visited Rose Senior Living Beachwood the staff was friendly, welcoming, warm, caring, and helpful. After 15 months they still are. The facility is cheerful, modern, bright, and well-maintained. Seasonal decorations make the interior festive and colorful. The rooms are spacious and airy with large windows that allow plenty of sunlight. The family activities such as Family Fun Night, the Black and White Bash, and Memory Care Family and Friendsgiving are fun and enjoyable. My mother lives in the Memory Care area of Rose and both of us are pleased with the care she receives. We take advantage of the numerous medical services available. I have spent a good deal of time in the Memory Care area during meals and a variety of activities. I am pleasantly pleased to see the aides attend to the particular concerns of each resident with respect to food, care, and mobility. All of the staff in Memory Care are invaluable! My mother and I are blessed by the care she receives in Rose Senior Living Beachwood!

My wife has been in the Memory Care Unit for over a year, and I am grateful for the compassionate care and attention she receives. The Staff, Nurses and Aides, are kind and treat her with dignity every day. Knowing she is safe and well cared for gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this Memory Care Team.

i wouldn’t recommend memory care my parent lived there 3years . In order for him to bath, I had to hire an extra aid. “Activities “ are parking residents in front of TV. Administrators are non responsive.Many other facilities offering higher quality care are available elsewhere, keep looking .

After less than one month at rose our family moved to my husend back home from rose senior living. Among several issues the main concern was the staff's apparent lack of training in how to give a shower to someone with limited mobility. Consequently despite several requests, my husband when for 8 days without a full shower. The cleanliness in the bathroom was uneven with wet wash clothes and hand towels On the floor and the commode one day was so dirty that it cannot be described in this review. This facility It is beautiful but terribly understaffed. Although my husband had been assessed as needing assistance from two aides to stand and transition from the bed or a Chair to his wheelchair on some nights, only one aid was available and we were told that other aides were too busy with other residents. Because we were paying for a higher level of care above and beyond the rent, this situation in my view was unsafe and unsatisfactory. My husband had three skin tears on his legs as a result. One night his help alert button worn on his wrist was missing. A very nice nurse made inquiries and found that the help button had not been functioning and was taken for repairs. Although it was supposed to have been returned right away, it instead had been locked up and was unavailable. Since my husband would have no way to call for help if needed, I was told that the night staff would check on him every hour. I needless to say our family would not recommend Rose Senior Living.
