The staff at Rose Hill has cared for three members of my family. I would give this facility a ten star rating. My aunt was on the third floor and had memory loss. The staff on that floor was exceptionally good to her and were so kind and gentle. My father moved there in 2021 and felt like he was king of the facility. Everyone called him Pop and he was spoiled rotten. Because he had macular degeneration, was very hard of hearing as well as a fall risk, staff kept a close eye on him. The back and forth banter between him and "the girls" kept his spirits up and, our whole family felt like part of the Rose Hill family. My mother-in-law lives there now and, again, is part of the Rose Hill family. All of the nurses, CNAs , administration, activities staff, maintenance and cleaning staff know her by name, habits and have encouraged her participation in daily events. They have a wonderful activities staff and there is always something interesting going on. If you look at the bulletin boards, you can see pictures of each resident involved in activities . Thursday bingo is a big hit. You know not to visit at that time. As each floor has their own dining room, eating together in the dining room again promotes a family atmosphere. The meals are more like home cooking and enjoyed by everyone. I cannot say enough good things about Rose Hill and the wonderful people who have loved and cared for my family members. From the moment I met Tracy and Nancy in 2014, I could tell this was more than a business for them. Now 12 years later, I can honestly say than it has been a blessing to have this home care for the people we love.
