After a disappointing experience at another facility where my mom wasn’t receiving the therapy she needed, moving her to Autumn Care was one of the best decisions we could have made. Within hours of arriving, the therapy team had her on her feet and walking for the first time in over a month. It was incredible to see the difference that prompt attention, encouragement, and skilled care make in recovery. No nursing home is perfect, but good people make all the difference, and Autumn Care is filled with good people who truly care. Our family is incredibly grateful for the progress my mom has made and the compassion we’ve experienced.

My dad is currently there for rehab, but he wishes to transition to long-term care. He has issues with severe adema in his feet and legs. The staff are very friendly and professional. Victoria is so nice and very helpful. She has so much information. Tina is in the business office. She and Victoria have been great to work with towards achieving my dad's goals. The facility is very nice and clean. There are areas both inside and outside where the residents can socialize. My dad says the food is good and that he is happy there. That makes me feel grateful and happy that he can be in an environment where he can receive excellent care.

The staff is so caring. Starting with Tori, Casey, Sandy, Kayla, Jessica and many many more down to Sean who cleans! My husband tries to thank everyone by name who helps him with his daily routine. Going through a difficult time and these caring people are here to help every step of the way!!

My husband has been a patient at the Rehabilitation Center here for a month. It has been a very pleasant experience for him. Very clean, everyone is so nice. Nursing staff could not be any better and the cooks go overboard with the menu’s. He has had exceptionally good food. Doesn’t seem like hospital or rehabilitation menu’s. If I ever have to go to a place in my later years this is where I will request coming to and would refer any friends or family member to come here. Also hats off to the Dr and PA’s he saw while here. They are ALL AMAZING!!! Thanks to you all for the care Tom got while here. Thanks also for the wonderful physical therapist that he had.

After visiting this facility during the holidays and speaking to some residents it was nice to see how happy they are and how much they praised the staff. You can tell this is a professionally ran facility with top notch staff. It’s good to know that there are great people out there and do all they can to take care of their residents. Staff was friendly informationally and just true professionals. Recommend this place 5 stars!!!!!
