We placed my dad under Roots Home Healthcare in early 2023. He required 24 hour care 7 days a week. My family became his primary caregivers alternating different times to care for him. When we signed him on, everybody at Roots was great and attentive. When we needed advice, somebody was always there to guide us. My dad passed on May 28, 2024. We didnt hear from anybody in the company, no condolences at all. We were basically ghosted. My dad’s union based in Phoenix didn’t have contact with him in 20 years and they sent flowers!! I’ve come to the conclusion, my dad was basically another client who made money for them and upon his passing, he just didn’t matter anymore! It’s taken me a while to voice my opinion but it needed to be done. I’m really disappointed in the company.

Absolutely fantastic company! If you need some thing, all it takes is a phone call and it’s taken care of. Bottom line- Fantastic!
