Your nurse gave us a call because one of your residents had a family member pass and your staff was good to contact us and we came over and support my grandmom. And hope your staff will help her out in this situation. The resident name is Janet James.

If you love the one going there, GET THEM OUT!! They are way under staffed & too many patients to properly take care for them! They did nothing to help my sister recover from west nile virus! They knew she was paralyzed & just let her lay there! They didn't roll her from side to side so she's suffering from terrible painful bed sores! They really need to find a heart! Her imperative PT for recovery was sitting in a wheelchair for 2 hours!! Our family is very angry with them! They stuck her in a corner to die!! There's absolutely NO team work! I heard 'that's not my job way too many times!! Evaluate them!! Even the parking lot is a fire hazard!!

We took our students and staff from La Vida Mission to present a musical program and do games and exercise with the residents. We had fun and our students enjoyed playing with the residents and we saw the joy of the elderlies too. Tha staff are very warm and welcoming and caring to their patients. A nice and beautiful place.

The facility was well secured and the administration staff were professional. I feel like the nurse/caregiver could work on their empathy and their response when talking to the elders they’re working with daily, and the visitors they are handling. Understandably, it is a Hard labour workplace And strenuous but a smile or laugh can go a long way, Especially when there are limited to the environment there at. They have to see your face every single day, A positive workplace is a happy environment. Our healthcare workers do so much for us and I’m thankful the facility handles our elders with care.
