This company and their team are truly amazing at what they do. They are angels on this earth and I couldn't imagine doing the difficult jobs that they do everyday. My mother was on hospice with them and I am so thankful we started her on hospice when we did. We had the time to build relationships with team and she looked forward to seeing all the nurses and volunteers. They were caring and kind and actually took the time to create a relationship with my mother during the time I wasn't able to be with her everyday when I had to work. Tommie, Galadriel, Lynette, and Faye the nurse that was there with me during my mom's passing were truly exceptional human beings. They took the time to care about my mom and built friendships with her during the most difficult time. They helped her with day to day tasks, cleaning her place, Galadriel helped cut my hair and obviously nurse care and just to have someone to talk to. I truly believe it helped her mentally during those difficult times when I wasn't able to be there all the time. I took care of my mother for so long and it was amazing to have some support. I'm so thankful she had that love and support from not just her family and friends but from people that were caring for her as well. I can not thank this team enough for all that they did. If you are looking for hospice support for a loved one this is the team to go with. They checked on me after she passed and offer grief services as well. Truly amazing the work the do and I'm so thankful we had that support. Thank you again from my mother Carol Tolchin and from me as well. I truly appreciate all that you do.

My caregiver is the only reason they are getting any stars. She is amazing and they treat her like crap. These people are incredibly unprofessional and when politely confronted with a concern about their conduct they get defensive, rude and hateful! Ive never seen such a terribly run group in my life!

The help, supplies we needed, anytime we had questions, the staff was there. Appreciate the deep understanding they had. I highly recommend them for those who don't want their loved ones in the hospital for the last little bit of precious time left.

After my husband passed away in July, the counselors have been great about checking on me. Now I'm attending grief counseling and it's helping. Ms Jean is excellent.

I attended Basin Home Health & Hospice Grief Support Groups at Bonnie Dallas Senior Center and Sycamore Community Center in Farmington with some regularity. I am so grateful for the free services Ms. G provided towards helping people like me who are deep in despair over loss of a loved one and realizing we could use some help to recover or just to sort out feelings and identify what is happening to us in the grieving process. The sorrow, insomnia, confusion , fear and anger are gone. I am forever grateful for these services and the tools it provided for me in the future .
