This company has really come a long ways. I would like to recognize two ladies who work in the office. I’ve seen them go above and beyond for their clients and the caregivers. Bernadette who is excellent in meeting her clients and caregivers needs on demand. I’ve seen them drop everything to go to a clients house when the client is in need. Jaroleen, is always trying to improve her ways on making the company grow and her work does show. I’ve notice she’s always putting her clients needs before herself. These ladies show their passion in their job and it does show with good results.

My relatives were with this company and I have heard absolutely nothing but wonderful things about the two ladies who work in the office. My relatives always forget their names because they say "long names", but remember them as "n.American and owner, wearing beautiful Native American jewelry, beautiful ladies, happy ladies, and loving ladies" (it is cute!). I have heard from ALL the children they both are very kind and heart warming woman. I have heard they are so much involved, they always play games w/their patients and they really do have so much love and compassion for my relatives. I am sure they are like this to all their patients. One day, I will personally give my thanks and I do appreciate this company for never showing my relatives they are not alone. I will send anyone I know here who needs the help.

New company and I'm enjoying it. Jaroleen and Bernadette are great. The communication is great and I am and I am so happy to have found them. I love them and they have been so good to me. Bernadette and Jaroleen is very happy person and understands everyone. They both are always smiling!!!!!

This company has deep dedication and efforts, even still new, it has shown more recognition because The Owner is very hands-on through her practices and her professionalism with her clients. I have heard good things and nothing but good things about this company. Numerous different others mentioned the owner, she is very selective, she goes out of her way (if necessary) for her clients and employees. She has been a teacher, leader, and a friend to many. Highly recommend those who need the best care because she believes "Family Is Important.”

This Caregiver agency has been remarkable in assisting with the needs of my elderly mother. They are well staffed and provide transportation so when extra care is needed i.e. an overnight stay, traveling to doctors appointments, lab visits, they have had staff members available. This agency listens to your concerns and cares about trying to address them instead of telling you what your needs are. The Caregiver is excellent to communicate with me any concerns or highlights of my mother's day. This agency mostly assists us with doctors visits, house cleaning, occasional grocery shopping, taking mom for a drive or playing games with her, assist with bathing, preparing meals, being a companion and other tasks as requested. The few times I've had concerns they listened and provided a resolution. I feel like they really care about my mother and this isn't just a job to them.
