Cedar Ridge is a great facility. The staff is wonderful and caring and always friendly . The facility is always clean when I came in. I want to thank Angie in the business office for all her hard work helping us with Medicaid she was awesome!! If we ever need to come back we will choose Cedar Ridge for sure!!!! Thank you again for taking great care of my family member 🩷

We were very Blessed to work with the “Activity Director” Alvina who help make our plans to have a family luncheon with our Nahlii Lady on Sunday. The weekend Activity Director help us with tables and chairs. Our children and grandchildren were very happy to see their “Nahli-Nahlii”. Mom was happy she joked with our old grandson about his wrapped foot. She said one day she misses the babies. So this was a way to have her see all her grandchildren. So a HUGE THANK YOU TO THE ACTIVITY DIRECTORS for making this occasion/reunitifaction a success for our family. We TRULY appreciate it from the bottom of our Hearts. May God Bless both Directors and all who associate and care for our matriarch, sole, stone, light of our family.

My grandmother was a resident here for a few years and this place was amazing!! I’ve never seen nurses work so hard and the love and compassion they have, even during the pandemic when most people lost their ability to care for one another, was clear and evident in all the interactions I have had, by phone and in person. I am beyond happy with this facility, and more importantly, so was my grandmother (who by the way died peacefully in her sleep 3 months shy of her 100th birthday)

My mother was with Cedar Ridge for about 5 years. For the most part she was happy there. I did notice some neglect from time to time like her nails needed trimming and alone in her room and unable to get help. The staff was good for the most part and the food was good. The last month or so that she was there Covid 19 had spread through the facility and she ended up getting sick. Two months prior they restricted visits so I tried to setup a video conference for 2 weeks that never happened before she died. That made me very upset.

The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The on staff physicians are caring and qualified. The number one concern is your recovery and well being. The food I would rate at 3 1/2 stars out of 5, they really try!. Food is a personal opinion. You should know I felt safe and well cared for.This was my first experience of post hospital care. Their concern for your well being is 5 star. They always ask how you are doing or what you may need. Some nights are very busy with the elderly because of end of life issues. This is understandable and sad. You should know they care and take personally when someone passes this life. If I should ever need additional care I would come back to this facility. They strive to make your stay comfortable and see that your rehab is successful.
