This place is terrible in every way. Dirty, needs a lot of work,etc. I don't know how this place is even open.

My father in-law was sent here and The conditions were terrible. The building is filthy and so are alot of the patients. The food was sub-par and often only half of his meal would show up, or his dietary restrictions would be completely ignored. It took them hours to empty bed pans and they would not allow him to attempt to use the bathroom in his room. The social worker at the facility was always in meetings, she never had time for him and it took forever to get him transferred to another facility. We couldn't get him out of there fast enough. I gave two stars because I have to give credit to the physical therapy team and several of his care nurses. They are obviously understaffed and over worked, but still giving it all they got.

My uncle is there. Can't get him out fast enough. Unsanitary and the food is not to standards. Waits for over an hour regularly to have his adult diaper changed. Has been there 30 days and has had only 3 baths.

I go every day from Knoxville to see my husband and everyone has been friendly with me. If I call the nursing home about any problems such as meds for his pain or additional snacks like soup at night they are always kind and tend to my husband's needs. Nothing has disappeared that I've brought him except his hair brush. I am happy with this please and he is happy to get six smoke breaks a day that are monitored.

Beware. Our experienced has been less than desirable. Several of my loved one's personal belongings have disappeared: money, mobile phones, clothes, cigarettes, but and and recently an electric shaver. When confronted, staff comes down with a case of amnesia or becomes very defensive. Once we were told, "We shouldn't buy our loved one such nice things." I have have also witness staff taking smoke breaks at the same time leaving the deal unattended.
