EDIT: I left this review based on my experience with River Terrace in Bluffton. Three days later, they've changed their Google listing name to Miller's Merry Manor. ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. River Terrace's own Admissions Director, Taylor, and Marketing Director, Anita, both misrepresented facts and even lied to my family about the services they provide at this facility to my mother's detriment. I believe we dodged a bullet by not having her placed here. I wish you all the best in finding genuine, caring, and knowledgeable facilities for your loved ones.

Great 1st impression! Came in for a tour and was impressed with the cleanliness. The facility has a pleasant smell which was appreciated. The staff knew all of the residents names and seemed to have a great relationship with them as we passed by. It was “happy hour” during my tour. The residents were all chatting and smiling while eating cheese trays and cake pops. I could tell the staff cared about the residents and cared for the facility as if it were their own home.

It's always nice to go into a facility such as this where you can see all of the employees interacting in a jovial yet professional manner.
