They want to have meeting if your not happy that way there review look great. There is no reason that any one who goes into this place for rehab should not get taking care. Asking for things and get no response. And no one seem to help the person just to have them to get family to help when there to be helping these people. And if you complain they threaten to have you remove from there facility. Maybe do a better job and making sure the patience get treated with respect and then you would not get these reviews.

My uncle has layed in that bed for over a week this the worse I ever seen they do not give him answers he can not get hi he's supposed to have therapy he can not get a straight answer when they're even going to start therapy on him he can't get no water to drink they don't check on him he's been wanting a bath I wouldn't put my pet in that rehab at all or that nursing home this is unbelievable that nobody cares about a human life and that's what it comes down to

I just had a relative stay here. They didn't answer her call light and she laid in bed most of the time. The weekend was the worst for care. When we started asking questions and saying something, we were treated bad by managers. We moved her to another place and she is getting better.
