They truly care about your family member and want the best for them. Very flexible and accommodating. There is never one once of worry when I know they are there for my mom. The communication between caregiver and staff is very flexible and friendly. Always there to answer or help me with anything I needed for my shift. They are very understanding to work with and the best agency.!!

I’ve worked with this agency for a while now and at first I was hesitant to work with them. I took time to think about it over and over and at last I give it a try. Through this agency I’ve understood more programs for my parents. They are very understanding and helpful. Through every steps they guided me and help my family. There is not a single agency that will help you through thick and thin. So, I’m glad I choose this agency. ❤️❤️ They were always professional and on-time. They were also compassionate and I always felt that I could trust them in my home. They gave quality care and I would recommend them to anyone looking to care for a loved one at home.

My grandmother has been a client of blessing hands home care since April She was very apprehensive about having someone in her home. Once she got used to her caregiver, she is so happy with her and the care that she receives. Thank you Blessing hands home care for helping my grandmother stay in her home and keep her independence.

This is one of the best agency's in fort Wayne!! the staff and workers are really generous and friendly. this agency is literally better then any other agency they gave my mother a really good care taker and they also come and visit and see how she's doing they are really kind and they are also understanding they help us out with any needs were struggling with. Love working with them they'll help you with anything as much as they can do to help!! I've been working with this agency ever since January and we never had any issues. They helped us with so much! Without blessing hands home care help, this will never happened! Thanks to their caring staff and professional,kind service our family worried less, and we were able to depend on my mother's caregivers for quality care. I felt their training was great and the precautions they always took were looking out for my mothers best interest. Thank you blessing hands home care and all your wonderful kind employees. This place is amazing! I happened to come across it while driving, the office staffs were all very friendly even if there were a lot of people they were helping. Not only are they there to help elders and disabled individuals, the office staff was willing to help non-English clients translate letters. They are very transparent and even recommended me other agency for my mother so I can do my own research before choosing an agency. I decided to go with this agency because they were very friendly and upfront compared to other agency. They allowed me and my mom to get familiar with the caregiver before assigning one to my mother and they continue to send us new caregiver to meet if we thought the caregiver will not work best with my family and mom. The office staff was very understanding and willing to come to our home to do paperwork because my mother was unable to travel. They also provided us with other resources so we didn't have to worry anything related to my mother's care. They also do 90 days home visits to make sure there's no change in my mother's health. The caregiver they provided my mom is amazing, she is very well trained and understand all my mother's needs. We have been working with the agency since March. I would recommend anyone looking for a home care agency for anyone seeking help.
