This is one of the worst facilities I’ve ever personally witnessed! They have went months without moving my father out of his bed. I have found medication on the floor twice! Saturday I came to find my father completely saturated in urine up to his neck!! Do not send your family there!

My grandmother has been at this facility. The staff really treats them like family. My family and my grandmother were worried about her going to a nursing home but I feel she has been taken care of with kindness and respect and for that I’m so thankful!

They somehow could not pick up one of their residents from Walmart. Not only leaving her stranded, but they never returned her call. We ended up giving her money for a taxi to go home. Where was the humanity? The hospitality?
