Staff works hard to work with what they have. There is very little budget given to food services to accommodate quality food. Food is poor quality due to lack of funding. Administrator can be hostile and biased. PT dept tries to help. CNA's work harder than they should have to. Very short staffed in all depts. Where is all the $$$ going to????? Upper management is not in touch with what is really happening with residents and staffing. There have been times when residents have gone missing for many many many hours. There is never anyone to answer the phone. There is no front staff at all. No supervision of coming and going of visitors. No supervision of residents walking out the doors. Alarms are constantly ignored. Management never listens to problems but always dismisses them and disregards all concerns. There are so many concerns regarding this institution. Really investigate before entering this facility.

My father was placed here temporarily after a hospital stay last January and he was treated with so much respect and kindness by the rehabilitation and occupational therapy staff. They helped him regain his strength and sent him home with regained Confidence

I moved my father here due to a bad experience at another facility. Zach and his team are absolutely incredible. My father was treated like a family member. We were treated like family members. They all cared for dad so well and did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. The communication was excellent! I received a phone call almost on a daily basis letting me know all things going on with dad! I felt at peace in their hands and that is everything! The team was so willing to help with everything! (NO LAZYNESS OR BEING PUT OUT HERE) I just can't say enough or thank you enough! The team is incredible! Thank you so much! All you guys have done is so appreciated. It is not easy when you are at this stage of life yet each and everyone of you helped in everything. Sending a huge hug to all of you for caring for my dad the way you would care for your own father!
