Claire, Cindy, Sam and their staff are exceptional! They have a compassionate and caring staff. Their goal is to make their residents comfortable and happy in a home like atmosphere. They were great at communicating issues/concerns about my parents at any time. A GREAT place for aging parents that need help.

Our loved one, Tony Raschkow,was always very reluctant to go into assisted living ; however, in September of 2024. , it became inevitable that he no longer could live Independently. Our son interviewed several facilities and felt very confidant, after meeting with Claire Banderob , Administrator of Legacy,…that this was the facility appropriate for Tony’s needs.. Our family was concerned that this would not be an easy transition,, gratefully, we were wrong.. Within a very short time , Tony was happy with his surroundings and spoke fondly of the caregivers.. He especially enjoyed the music sessions provided for entertainment,, and was proud and happy when our son came and played music for the residents. When Tony would come to be with family for holidays or special occasions, he was ready at the end of the day to go “home”, to Legacy.. The day before Tony passed away, I was able to be with him for a time.. I found him to be very clean, and resting comfortably with the help of hospice and legacy staff.. Our experience with legacy was very positive, and I especially was grateful of the compassion and support given to my sons by Claire Banderob and the staff of legacy.. Thank you for your great care of Tony and your support and assistance to family throughout this process

I cannot say enough about the care my parents received. We researched a lot before we chose The Legacy. We loved that it was privately owned and our family was their family. The meals were extraordinary. It’s clean and open. Both our parents have passed way now. But I’m so happy it was there. The staffs cooperation and partnership with hospice turned the most difficult times in our lives into a sacred blessing. I highly recommend The Legacy. 10 stars and many thanks.

They treated mom with respect and dignity. They never gave up on her when rehab was trying to get her into a nursing home. They made sure her hair was combed and she had earrings and lip stick on. Awesome crew made family feelwelcomed and kept family in the loop of care.

Our Mom has been a resident of The Legacy Assisted Living for just short of 2 years.<br>We had first learned of The Legacy when a friend of ours moved in, not long after its opening. When it came time for our Mom to find a place, she and our family chose The Legacy, after visiting several others.<br>We felt a sense of welcome, as soon as we walked in. Setting up an appt for a tour and talking with Claire , was very settling in knowing this would be a good fit for our Mom.<br>She came to the Legacy with minimal assistance needed. At times, though, her health required extra attention. Claire and her staff took extra care of our Mom during these times, with love and compassion. They listened to her and heard her, and met her needs. They reached out and communicated well with our family. It was a good relationship, and one built on trust.<br>The atmosphere among the staff and residents was healthy. The dining area was lovely. The meals were well balanced and nutritious. There was always something that could be prepared for any special need our Mom might have had.<br>The rooms were spacious, nice and very clean.<br>We appreciated the tall ceiling, and the short, wide hallways for easy navigating.<br>The openness was good for our Mom.<br>We loved that Claire and her staff took the time to visit with, and learn about our Mom and her life. It developed a sense of community, and family, in her new home.<br>We were always welcome to visit, have lunch, and attend any special events that were put on by the facility.
