This place is crazy. Unsafe and violates so many health & safety regulations. It really needs to be looked into and shut down or get new management. Unbelievable that people really live here under these conditions.

I’d say my favorite thing about River Oaks is the environment. Once you walk in you’re greeted by everyone you walk past. The facility is always clean and the residents are always doing something fun. I check the Facebook page to look for pictures of my mom all the time. A few weeks ago they had an opening day celebration, my mom loved it. It’s definitely different than the other places around! Managers and I are in constant communication and I feel that they’re very involved in making sure my mom’s needs are met.
