I was going through a really rough time, and Isaac and the rest of the staff at River Birch were extremely helpful - I found an appropriate unit with enough space that my kids and I could have our own bedrooms, and it was close enough to downtown amenities. The kids loved it.<br><br>I had some issues with my particular unit that ended up being out of River Birch's control - an outside contractor did eventually sort out the issue. Isaac was always extremely responsive and helpful when issues arose. Communication was wonderful. Affordable housing, great locations.<br><br>4/5 stars due to the ongoing issue, but I would recommend River Birch to anyone seeking comfortable living with good and understanding landlords.

The landlords were great! Maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner! Extremely friendly and willing to work with me. Very clean spaces. Really enjoyed renting from them!

Amazing Landlords. Couldn't asked for friendlier landlords. Always comes immediately when I have a maintenance call or emergency call. Always answer the phone or calls me right back. Even if I just ask a question. I talked to Isaac when we need a bigger place to rent and I wanted to stay with him as our landlord. He worked with us to find something bigger for a reasonable price. Now Riley has taken over as our landlord. He is amazing too. Our furnace quit in the night. Riley came right over to look at it and had it fixed in 24 hours. I feel lucky to have such caring Landlords.

Absolutely horrible people. They've been attempting to buy as much property as they can to flip and extort out of people who are still renting. Charging dream home prices in Raman every night neighborhoods. You can also always say goodbye to your deposits too, had underage kids work in the apts we were in, left OPEN CHEMICALS at our front door multiple times, let dead animal bodies stay up in the ceiling, said things were fine up until he tried tossing a random new lease in that contradicted everything agreed on prior, and also somehow found a way to keep the entirety of the deposit for things that were wrong with the apt BEFORE we ever moved into it. In my opinion and in many others this is the worst people you can go to. I have yet to actually see anyone happy with them and every other review for them were posted by their family not a single one from a non bias honest source. They are a family owned business of sleezy and tyrannical characters. Will not be doing business with any of them again and have been telling everyone my story and opinion on the matter.
