My mother-in-law has settled into the Villas. After an adjustment period, she is happy there; she likes it; and, it's the right size for her. She also loves how bright her apartment is. She has expressed satisfaction with the meals as well. The young ladies that take care of her laundry and cleaning have become her friends. She is making new friends every day. The Villas are the perfect home for her.

We moved mom and dad to assisted living this past Saturday and have had a wonderful experience thus far! Apartment was like brand new and staff was very supportive throughout the paperwork process. Special shout-out to Teresa who made the whole thing smooth as could be! I feel so comforted to know my parents are in this safe and beautiful community!

I just want to give a humongous shout out to the Villas of Holly Brook specifically Teresa and the incredible staff!!! We have been working with Teresa for several months to move our Mom to Holly Brook in Springfield and the process on their end was seamless. Once her unit was available they were in contact with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. As the move approached Teresa took all of our calls and eased concerns about moving our Mom in. The entire place is beautiful and her unit is truly more than we could have dreamt of. Now that Mom is in she is adjusting well and the staff have been making sure she is getting to the places for food, activities etc! She is overjoyed as we are with moving her to such a caring, clean, safe, beautiful place. Of course she is just figuring all of this out, but so far soooo good!!!!!!!❣️🙏🏻

Just wanted to drop a short note to thank the entire staff at Hollybrook. My wife was there for a couple of years and received outstanding care and it was difficult the day we had to leave.<br><br>Their compassion and attention to detail for their residents will never be forgotten by our family. Thanks so much for everything - terrific assisted living facility.

I just want to share that my family member was a resident at Hollybrook for years, and the staff members were always so kind, and only spoke loving words to my family member, I believe that they have the most amazing staff there, and I believe they only hire the most kind and considerate employees, so I find the last comment unbelievable only because I have never witnessed anything but love and special care for any of the residents. I have witnessed employees cry with families because they cared so much for the resident and I know that is with every resident they have, so myself I would like to thank each and every one of the employees at Hollybrook for all that you do, it takes very special people to do what you do, I believe that you do the best you can when hiring, you pick the best canidates that you can, and I am sure sometimes it may not be the right fit, but I appreciate all of the employees from the top down, I am sure you are not told frequently enough how amazing you all are...
