I am extremely concerned about the level of care at this facility. The response times are unacceptable; patients ring the call bell for assistance and are left waiting for long periods with no one showing up. In a rehabilitation setting, this lack of responsiveness is not just frustrating—it’s a safety risk. I would not recommend this location until they address their staffing and patient monitoring.

My stay here was excellent. Got here in 2023. Everybody was very nice. Some of the best nurses there is. Houda & Sonia are AWESOME! The way they run the place is good. I was the President of the Resident Council for almost 3 years. Activities/Ms. Barb and her team are fantastic and really care about the residents. Administration since we became Rivaya in May 2025 has also been great. I got here in 2023 and just left back to my own apartment. Social service team helped me with the entire discharge process and now I have my own apartment. Everyone is really helpful. Food is also really good and since Rivaya took over the kitchen been more smooth. Overall, this place is great.

The scheduler is extremely unprofessional! She act as if she’s outside off the clock.
