Nurse Kylie is an intrusive, judgmental home health nurse. Be careful what you share with her. She publishes her opinions about situations and not the facts. Beware if she comes to your home.

A special thank you this company for the care they providing for my family member. I spoke with Dale and had the most meaningful conversation about my friend that was in need of extended CNA care while on hospice with the wonderful Three Oaks Hospice. He made everything so easy and was truly concerned for my friend. I told them the hours I needed and he immediately got the hours scheduled and covered looking at keeping continuity of care with the same caregiver for the majority of the time. And then we met sweet Courtney yesterday. Yesterday was transitioning for our loved one. She came in, took their reins, prayed with us, cared for him so well and was just one of the most highly skilled most loving CNAs I’ve ever met. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for help for their aging parents. We had a great experience!

My mother only needed 24/7 care for about 10 days. During that time, Right at Home's team was excellent. The kind and conscientious aides arrived on time and ready to help. There was never a lapse in coverage. If there were scheduling challenges, they were transparent to me.They took care of the sick bed needs, so that I could focus on meaningful time with my mother. I highly recommend Mike, Dale, and the team. Special call out to Robin, Ann, Anna, Yemi, Liya, and Patsy!

The home assistance service offered by Right at Home has and continues to be exceptional. Due to circumstances in our own house, I sought home assistance for my elderly parents and found Right at Home through a social worker with Lexington Medical Center. Our first point of contact was Tiffany who came to our house to assess our situation and set up Right at Home services. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. Home assistance was provided by Carolyn for my parents and I can't say enough good about her. She is kind, gentle, soft spoken and VERY HELPFUL. Just what my parents, who are in their 90s, needed. We will continue to rely on Right at Home for their excellent service and most caring caregivers.
