If you want your family member(s) in a safe place, do NOT bring them to opus. When you walk in you get hit by an awful smell and it is so hot it feels like the place is on 100 degrees. My mom has only been here for about 11 hours and she is being mistreated so badly. She had a call light on for about 2 hours asking for help or a way to use the bath room (she is amputated on her left leg and her right leg is broken at the femur, she can not apply any weight on it without excruciating pain.) they told her they she would have to WALK to the bathroom/bedside toilet or sit in a diaper, which is unnecessary considering her condition. There was a separate time when she had used the call button and again no response till about an hour after. She was starving and they didnt tell her anything about food or the hours or such of it. The food was terrible mind as well be dog food. DO NOT come here unless you want your family to be neglected.

Opus Post Acute is a great facility with great staff who care about the residents! The facility was clean and smelled clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to either rehab after a hospital stay or to call home as you cannot take care of your activities of daily living on your own any longer.

Had a bad experience with the lady answering the phone. Katelynn I belive she said. Very rude and unprofessional, and hung up the phone. I dont believe she knows what she is doing, needs more experience in my opinion when dealing with customers.
