Millennium Post Acute is a facility with a happy and positive staff that takes great care of their residents! There are lots of fun activities for residents who are constantly smiling and happy to call Millenniums their home.

Millennium is a pillar in skilled nursing and the staff there are phenomenal. The Back to School event they just had was what the community needed. Thank you, Millennium Post-Acute!

I never leave messages online, but the care (or lack thereof) here requires that I do. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you leave your loved one here. The staff is either overworked, neglectful or woefully inexperienced. My loved one was rushed to the ER 4 times in less than 10 days. By the time I was able to get them out of this facility, their health had significantly declined. I truly believe if I hadn't moved them when I did, my loved one would be dead. Keep your family away from this place.

My son spent 6 weeks in this place after he had a major stroke. This is the worse place I have ever stepped foot in. It's nasty, outdated, blood spatter on the curtains, parts of the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The ice they provide to the patients comes out of a cooler in the hallway that they add ice to, never cleaned. It's smells of urine and fesis. My son would have not spent one night in this place if he had not had a trakeiotomy and a feeding tube. The staff is lazy and even withheld my sons medicine. I won't go into details on this one because it is a pending case against them but I will say I even had to call the sheriff's office over there to get a police report. I could go on and on about this place and none of it would be good. The absolute best employee there would be the receptionist named Kelly, she made sure my son got every doordash order that I had to place for my son because I would not feed a dog what they tried to feed my son. If you love someone, DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE, THEY WILL BE NEGLECTED.

Witnessed hrs of waiting for cna to come in room for stroke patient. Then they state call light was unplugged which was a lie. Patiences wait for cna and nurses while they are gossiping and on their phones. You call to check on your family member they hang up on you. They turn their noses up at the patience because they need help. I don't recommend this facility for any one. It's horrible.
