Do not send anyone you care about to this place. They are understaffed and who they do have are incompetent. In addition they are rude and inconsiderate of how the patient is feeling.

This place - I am speaking directly on Arbor Ridge- HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. The staff does not communicate with each other, the neglect their patients and seem really uncaring. My godmother pressed the call button to use the restroom, they didn’t come for a whole hour. I had to go in the hall and ask for assistance and another 35 minutes later someone comes. They hired a bunch of people who has very strong accents and the patients can’t understand them and while they can’t help their accent, it comes across rude and uncaring. They definitely need some work.
