I am very disappointed in the level of care at Regency Rehab. My father-in-law was there for 2 weeks after a UTI. He has dementia and was declining. I asked the nurse practitioner why he looked so frail. She said he was on no alerts for not eating. He was sent to the ER. We received a call from the Head Nurse Rochelle. We asked her to explain why he was going to the ER. She said she did not know and could not explain. Call Rochelle back several times. She never called me back. After being dissatisfied with the service and seeing his decline, we moved him to another facility. They weighed him and he lost 30 lbs in two weeks! He went from 178 to 145. I really do not think they had any idea that he lost that much weight. The food is terrible and served some what warm. The nurses look unhappy to be there. You ask them to help and they do not answer just point. They are a few good employees here that do help you. But most of the time you are on your own and do not see anyone. If you care for your loved one, do not send them here.

We had a not great experience here with my mother. Im surprised to see so many positive reviews. We ended up transferring her to a nearby recovery center where the quality of care was clearly better.
