I have been a regular visitor at the Regency since September 2025, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several staff members who have made such a meaningful difference during this difficult time for our family. From the moment you enter the facility, Ashley and Deborah make you feel welcome with their warm smiles and kind words. Whether I call early in the morning or late at night, they are always patient, helpful, and quick to direct my call to the correct unit, especially the 5th floor. On the unit itself, I would especially like to recognize nurses River, Rodrigue and Fatima. Since I live in Canada and call daily for updates on my uncle, I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and the attention to detail they provide when discussing his condition. During my many visits, I have also personally witnessed their skill and compassionate care. A special thank you also goes to Rhonda, who provides exceptional day-to-day care, and to Melrose, who makes sure my uncle is comfortable and well looked after. I would also like to acknowledge Abie and Marlene for their diligent wound care and for always carrying out their work with kindness and a smile. Lastly, the Respiratory Team, led by James, deserves recognition for their outstanding service. While everyone on the team has been wonderful, Melisa deserves special mention for not only her clinical expertise but also for the genuine warmth and compassion she brings to every interaction. To everyone involved in my uncle’s care, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your dedication, professionalism, and kindness have brought comfort to our family during an incredibly challenging time. If there is one thing I wish were different, it would be the overwhelming cost of care and the hope that every staff member consistently brings the same high level of dedication. Most of all, I wish our loved ones never had to face illness that requires this level of care.

I have an exceptional experience staying at Regency care of Arlington. The CNA team, particularly those like Aynadis/Ana are outstanding in their care and kindness. The rehab team are dedicated professionals who goes above and beyond to help their patients achieve their goals. I was wheelchair bound and unable to walk when I arrived at Regency. I am now able to walk with a walker and I will forever be grateful for every single rehab team. The Restorative team including Ms. Rosa are attentive and caring. The entire staff team including nurses are responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehab and nursing care.

The care my mother has received at the memory care unit for this facility has been truly reassuring during what is otherwise a very difficult journey with dementia. From the very beginning, the staff have shown genuine compassion, patience, and attentiveness to her needs. I want to especially recognize Joyce, who has gone above and beyond in her role. She makes sure my mother is consistently engaged, participating in daily activities and outings, and she takes the time to keep me updated regularly. Joyce is always available whenever I have a question or concern, which has given me an incredible sense of comfort and trust. One of my biggest worries was that my mother, as a primary Spanish speaker, might feel isolated or decline more quickly in a new environment. Thankfully, that has not been the case at all. I visit her weekly and she often shows me her arts and crafts and speaks to me with excitement about the activities and field trips she has been part of. It tells me she feels included, stimulated, and happy. While the facility itself may be a bit older, the quality of care provided by the staff far outweighs that. Every team member I’ve encountered treats residents with dignity, kindness, and respect, and it’s clear they are committed to ensuring each person is safe and well cared for. For the first time since her diagnosis, Im finally starting to feel at ease knowing my mother is in good hands. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for the exceptional care they provide.

I had a very good experience with the nursing staff on the 5th floor at Regency Care of Arlington. Nurse Rodrigue is very kind, professional, and attentive to the patients. He takes the time to listen and always makes sure patients are comfortable and well cared for. His compassion and dedication really stand out. It is clear that he truly cares about the residents and their well-being. Thank you, Nurse Rodrigue for the excellent care and support you provide every day.

I had a positive experience with Regency Care of Arlington. The staff members are caring, attentive, and treat residents with respect and kindness. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming and supportive, which is so important when choosing a place for a loved one. The nursing team and caregivers work hard to make sure residents are comfortable and well cared for. They take the time to listen and respond to concerns, and it’s clear that they genuinely want the best for the people living there. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the staff does a great job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. What stood out the most to me was the compassion shown by the staff. They go above and beyond to create a safe and caring atmosphere for residents and their families. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my loved one was in good hands. Overall, Regency Care of Arlington provides dedicated care and a supportive environment for residents. I appreciate the hard work of the staff and would recommend it to others looking for a nursing home in the Arlington area.
