I did not get the help needed and then I got IHSS and they had to be accountable for their part of the deal. They had me change companies why all My Mom is internally bleeding and I’m stressed out enough so I would not recommend this to anyone is the worst thing to go through when a manager is OK with you but the supervisor talks out of keeping you because of her conflicts no Company should work like that if the person has a problem with the client. They should change it to a different supervisor that’s on them not change who’s doing it I did not complain about. They’re not being enough people working I did not give them hell. I worked with them nicely and there was a lot of things going wrong whenever I did have their workers, but I never accused or blame the workers. I just explained what was going on, so everybody was aware as a good person would.

Such very poor company, not a good company. I would not have any of my family members cared for by them. Their ADS are always on craigslist, day in and Day Out, that really shows me that they cannot keep people and something must be bad going on with this company if you are looking for really independ. Don't look for them

Had a super bad experience with this home health care the manager Naomi was stalking me when I did not have a nurse on duty she came to my house for a home visit she caught her sweater on a nail at my front door because she did not open the screen door all the way and then turns around and tells me what are you going to do about this I had to call the owner of the company and he said he would take care of it

Poor compassionate care by the care coordinator and caregiver from the agency.<br>I tried R&A, a home care agency from a referral from my health insurance. This was my first time getting started with home care and I was very disappointed. The staff personnel at the home care agency presented unprofessional behavior. I had a major medical care condition and needed home care. I had been waiting since October. I would never recommend them to anyone. Of course their response lacks accountability and excuses.
