My wife has received wonderful care here at Ramsey Village since she arrived in The Bridges memory care unit on April 15th. The nursing and caregiving staff are truly dedicated to helping the residents with their needs of daily living. This was a priority that I was looking for in a care facility.<br>Another reason I chose Ramsey Village is the longevity of staff. There is not a high degree of turnover. Most staff have been employed over 5 years and some have over 30 years experience working at Ramsey.<br>The administration has been very supportive and wonderful to work with. Even other departments within Ramsey such as, Building Maintenance, Food Service, and Laundry are friendly people who are skilled at working with the needs of all residents.<br>Another great feature of Ramsey Village is their continuing care program; Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, Skilled Care, and a wonderful Rehab and Physical Therapy Center. Ramsey has a place for your loved one designed to serve their specific needs.<br>I chose to live in an Independent Living apartment here at Ramsey so that I could be near my wife and eat meals with her. The service I have received has been great and I have felt very comfortable with my living arrangements.<br>Overall, my experience, along with my wife's care has been exemplary. We have truly been supported and treated very well. If you are looking for an excellent care facility, please consider Ramsey Village. I’m confident you’ll find it to be a great place for your loved one.

I've been blown away by the compassionate care at Ramsey. We moved my sweet friend there after experiences with two other facilities. The contrast in the attitude of the staff was night and day. Ramsey took the time to know and understand my friend's needs as well as her preferences and personality. They shower her with the dignity she deserves - the dignity every human deserves. We're so grateful for Ramsey.

I attended a community event at Ramsey Village. I was shocked at how great the place is. It's nestled into the woods, and it's a great location if you are a Drake fan. We've had homecare clients who have moved there and had a great experience too.

My step-mom has lived at Ramsey LTC for 4 years now. She had a massive stroke and needs 24 hour support. My father sits with her every day and evening. Ramsey is not just a pretty building. The staff is so attentive to their needs. All of the staff even know my father by name and they treat both of them like family. As an LMSW in hospice, I highly recommend Ramsey Village, especially their long term care side.

I recently toured Ramsey Village Independent Living and was truly impressed. The units are spacious, beautifully updated, and offer fantastic views.
