Discriminate. Be careful if have disability. They told us they would rent to us and gave a date for my disabled brother to move in. He had lived in the same complex for 39 years, no issues. He uses a walker and was approved to move back out on his own from a facility. He had to give up his apartment due to no caregivers available when he fell, it was during covid. They told the social worker the reason, and discrimination legal now days. He is hearbroken as am I. Very disappointed as it would have been nice for him. It was close to family, care help lined up to the max. SIgn of the times. If you read this and know of a studio ground level close to SE Gresham I would be so grateful. Sad that people feel so free to be open about discrimination in these days, at least it is in the open I guess. I expected better.

Warm and friendly place. Perfect for this introvert senior who wants community but also space. Manager and owner are kind. They worked with my schedule for move in and were extremely helpful. A gem a of a hidden treasure.
