If you don't care for your loved ones leave them at Pruitt they are the worst, dirtiest, out dated material Nursing Rehabilitation center. Your loved ones are NOT well kept and they don't care. Night shift has been caught hiding out, on their cell phones while the patients suffer and lay there in pain. You can ease up on them press the call button and they come into the room with an attitude like it's the patient. TBH the whole facility needs to be closed, remodel hire some CNA's that really care for the people. They have two young ladies that are truly hard workers that's Natalie and Latoya. Every one else needs to go back to school for how to care for the people. This was the worst disgusting place and set of people I have ever had to deal with 😭😒.

My sister has been there for several months now, and I have been pleased thus far. Yes, I wish I was able to keep her home, but since that's not possible, I am satisfied with the care she is getting. I don't visit the same time due to my schedule, but each time I do visit it smells great, the other residents look pleased, and happy. You always see someone doing something to keep things running smooth. The communication is great, and so is the staff. Thank you for making me feel ok about my sister being there. Thanks for all you do.

Need sores really need to be taken more seriously at Pruitt. They don't seem to understand how badly the patients suffer when the staff neglected to turn the patients timely
