I call to schedule appointment for my mother and order supplies she needs as well as mu family and the care home and the appointments aren't scheduled and the things my mom lives of off aren't orederd. I should not have to call every week along with other family members to repeat myself and still nothing gets done. I also should not have to talk to physical therapist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, dietician, social workers, doctors and nurses on there time while Im at work because they refuse to provide phone numbers and all my mother's up dated care should come from one source. Also they do not think it's there job to provide someone to assist my mother to her doctors appointments she is a 2 person assist and can not walk, talk or see what kind of people work here. They have failed in communication and provide adequate care to seniors in need. If speech therapy did there job and continued practicing speech with my mother my family and I would not be in this nightmare of not being able to communicate with my mom same with the eye doctor half ass exam and sending my mom home with glasses that don't work when they knew they could send her to a nero- optometrist for people who have had strokes so we can have hope for her seeing again so we can communicate. There's a special place in he'll for these people and karma a batch to you selfish worthless lazy people who get away with not doing there jobs. I will be looking into my mom's rights with DHS and medicaid.
