I don’t like to leave bad reviews so I will just say “do your homework”When I was asked to make a quick decision on my discharge from Thomas Hospital, I selected this group thinking they were part of infirmary health. They are not, and simply share the same name as infirmary’s wellness center. The nurse for my intake visit was nice, but I Could not get reliable answers on the status of medical equipment that I needed post discharge. I have worked with other home health agencies and had a much more positive experience.…
