When I visited my aunt who recently passed RIP, Smokers outside the entry way, 2nd floor Senior care with them sitting allll day in the lunchroom soiled and pee under their chairs, not cleaned, just throw towels under the chair and on top off their pee like it's a work of art. Yuck. Staff not willing to Change your love ones. I wonder if they would want to be soiled all day while working. Residents left unattended who are fall risks, Residents appearance is terrible, nails long from nail to feet, face chapped, shoes or socks for some are never on. No set schedule, no activities only for show on the holidays. Lots of roaming in the hall especially men residents "same floor" as women. Not enough staff or security. So sad and a shame before GOD. Fake caring is DIABOLICAL.
