I just spent three weeks to rehab from Guillen- Barre syndrome. First let me give you some positives. My favorite people there were the Physical Therapist Team. They are outstanding. Next my CNA’s were great caregivers. Chloe took outstanding care of me during the day and Coco made me feel taken care of and safe at night. Now for the problems I ran into. In the weeks there several meals were not brought to me. My call light was occasionally on for an hour or an hour and a half. I’d finally go to the nurses station only to get excuses as to why no one helped me. My final problem with a cna came when she scolded me and told me to take care of my own ostomy. I would not allow her back into my room. I wish everyone a positive experience at Prescott Village and am very grateful to be home.
